  • Know we will never ask for your online password on a form, by phone, or email.
  • Ignore unsolicited calls, emails, texts, or social media messages.
  • Watch carefully the links you click on and the attachments you open.
  • Never send money to someone you haven't spoken to in person or verified their identity.
  • Report suspicious activity about any attempted scams.

Stay vigilant and protect against malicious individuals. Watch for red flags that could signal a scam:

  • Check amount is significantly higher than expected or unexpected checks arrive.
  • Pressure to act quickly and keep a secret.
  • Communication is riddled with errors or inconsistencies.
  • Payment is requested in the form of gift card, or you're requested to use Crypto ATM.
  • Impersonating family members or authorities.

  • Monitor your bank accounts on a daily basis. If you notice suspicious transactions or believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
  • Set up Online and Mobile Banking alerts to notify you of activity.
  • Always sign off and log out of Online and Mobile Banking.
