Morton Community Bank and First Bank of Manhattan and New Lenox have entered into an agreement to merge First Bank of Manhattan and New Lenox into Morton Community Bank, with the transaction expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026. The transaction will add three locations to Morton Community Bank’s footprint.
