Alerts

Set up alerts to receive real-time notifications of activity in your accounts.

Personal Digital Banking customers will have the ability to set up alerts within online banking or mobile banking. If you have the Hometown Banks Mobile App, you are ready to go. If not, you can download our app by visiting the App Store or Google Play. Just look for the Clock Tower!

This alert system offers a simple and intuitive real-time alert delivery process. Alerts can be received via email, text, online banking secure inbox and push notification.

The more common alerts like low balance, debits/credits to the account, etc., will help you monitor account activity. There are also alerts that are a great tool to help protect you against fraud, account takeover and identity theft.

Digital Banking Alert Setup

  1. Log onto Online Banking.
  2. Click [Settings].
  3. Click [Alert Settings].

From here, you can toggle what default alerts you want, or you can create your own alert by clicking [+ New Alert].

You can also change the delivery preferences by clicking [Edit Delivery Preferences] and add or change the email address and phone numbers.
